Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using gzone ph. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, logging in, or otherwise using any part of the gzone ph platform at gzoneph.pro, you enter into a binding agreement with gzone ph and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and anyone else who accesses the platform.
gzone ph reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, which also form part of the agreement between you and gzone ph.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must meet all of the following conditions to use gzone ph:
- You are at least 18 years of age. gzone ph does not allow any person under 18 to register, access, or use the platform in any capacity.
- You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
- You are not a resident of any territory where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by local law.
- You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform.
gzone ph may request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and any funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations. If you are unsure whether online gaming is permitted in your location, please seek independent legal advice before registering.
3. Account Creation and Security
To access most features on gzone ph, you must create an account through the Register page. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not register using a false identity or provide misleading information.
Each individual may hold only one account. Creating duplicate accounts is not permitted. If multiple accounts are discovered, gzone ph reserves the right to close any or all of them and void any associated balances or bonuses.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your account details with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately through the help channels available after logging in.
gzone ph will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or any unsolicited communication. Be cautious of phishing attempts.
4. User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using gzone ph, you agree to the following obligations and restrictions:
- You will use the platform for lawful entertainment purposes only and will not attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse any feature of the platform.
- You will not use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or backend systems.
- You will not engage in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, bonus abuse, or collusion with other players.
- You will not use the platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial transactions.
- You will not post, transmit, or distribute any content through the platform that is defamatory, offensive, or in violation of any applicable law.
Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of any balance, as well as referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All financial transactions on gzone ph — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). It is your responsibility to ensure that any payment method you use belongs to you and is authorized for use.
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts, as well as processing times for each payment method, are provided within the platform. gzone ph does not charge a fee for standard transactions, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. gzone ph may request documentation to confirm your identity before processing any withdrawal. Requests that cannot be verified may be delayed or declined. Funds deposited into your account may only be withdrawn to a payment method associated with your verified identity.
gzone ph does not accept payments from third parties. Any funds received from sources not associated with the registered account holder may be returned and the account reviewed. For questions about specific payment options or transaction timelines, refer to the FAQ section.
6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
gzone ph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or return from any activity conducted on the platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gzone ph, its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
gzone ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these terms, non-compliance with verification requirements, or inactivity over an extended period. Where an account is suspended, gzone ph will attempt to notify the account holder and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any action is finalized, except in cases where immediate action is necessary to prevent harm.
Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the account holder via an approved payment method, subject to applicable verification and processing requirements.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms
All content on gzone ph — including but not limited to the platform design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of gzone ph or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent from gzone ph.
The platform may reference or display content connected to third-party game providers or services. gzone ph does not control third-party content and is not responsible for the accuracy or availability of services provided by external parties. Any interaction with third-party services is at your own risk.
gzone ph may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of gzone ph after any such revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law. Any disputes arising from the use of gzone ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
